  • Beef has lots of cholesterol 

Beef has lots of cholesterol and saturated fat, so you need to know it could be bad for 

your blood vessel and heart.  It does not mean not to have it. Pork and chicken also 

have cholesterol, but the difference is that they have unsaturated fat more than beef 

and their level of cholesterol is more of HDL ( high-density lipoprotein cholesterol / good one ).

Beef's cholesterol is more of LDL (low-density lipoprotein cholesterol/bad one).

In conclusion, you can enjoy beef, but try to know well before eat. So you can make 

a solution, for example eating onion with beef, avoid butter with beef,  less salt, 

reduce the frequency of having beef. 

We can not grab both health and taste. If we want to be healthy, then we try to give up something.


  • Beef is good for sex stamina
Beef has rich zinc and cholesterol. Cholesterol in beef makes testosterone which is really important for male. Zinc makes sperm, and prostate has lots of zinc and need. 


  • Testosterone is really helpful to make muscles
Beef's cholesterol can make testosterone which is good for sex stamina and making muscle. 
Male can make muscle easier than female because a male has more testosterone themselves.

  • All beef has lots of bad cholesterol?
Beef has bad cholesterol, but not all parts of beef have a lot. 

As you can see shoulder, leg, loin(top), and round(butt)  has less cholesterol and fat but

a similar amount of protein.  You can choose
