2. What is coriander

Coriander has the longest history among herbs.

Coriander used to be grown up in Greece, and old Egyptian and Roman used it.

The coriander has a strong flavor, so someone really likes, some do not.

The coriander has low-calories but amazing nutrients.

3. How it works for a body

  • Good work for blood vessel  -  Vitamin B can remove homocysteine which makes
                                                              thrombosis in a blood vessel.

  • Quercetin  -  Natural oxidation inhibitor. Good effect on the aging of the skin, and cancer.
                             - Natural anti-biotic

  • Plenty of minerals -  In these small leaves, there are calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium,
                                             and sodium.
