I want to say something. We usually have black pepper as a spice which put on the top of food. It means we usually have it by 5-15g a day. It is just a little, so
in my opinion, we better expect the taste, not for health. This amount is small
to make a positive result caused by black pepper. Better than nothing though.


  • Better gastrointestinal function 
Chavicine and Peperine in black pepper are the biggest parts of the spicy taste.

Those nutrients can stimulate the stomach to make more digestive water, so 

it could help our digestion. It is also good at preventing stomach flu.



    • Protecting blood vessel, and preventing heart diseases.

    How it works on your blood and heart.  Vitamin B 1,2 can reduce Homocysteine.
    (homocysteine is that the thing makes your blood thick, and it makes Thrombosis
    in a blood vessel)

    Black pepper has lots of vitamin B, so it could help the cycle of blood. 


    •  Black pepper has lots of minerals
    Our body must need to have enough mineral to be grown up and metabolism.

    Iron can prevent anemia and it is good at making new blood and energy.

    Magnesium is good for synthesis of protein in body, and it can increase the function of muscle.

    Calcium makes bones harder, and it is good for our skeleton.

    • Black pepper has some nutrition which is liposuction 
    That is true. Some nutrition in black pepper is liposuction, so it it hard to go out

    from our body with water.  But people usually have black pepper just a few a day,

    so we do not need to worry about that.


    •  Do not put black pepper while you are cooking
    When the food which has high percentage of carbohydrate and low protein meet with

    hotter than 160'C(Celsius), it makes Acrylamide which is Carcinogen.

    We always have small portion of black pepper, so the study which is about that small 

    portion can affect our body and cancer is still on the progress.
