- Good for diet
As you can see, low calories and dietary fiber, and it is also able to make you feel
full easily.
- Good for your beauty
Capsicum has lots of Vitamin C. It can prevent freckles, and make our bodies more
activated because of lots of Vitamin C which work as oxidation inhibitor.
Vitamin C also can prevent making Melanin which is the cause of freckles.

3. Stereotypes & facts

3. Stereotypes & facts
- Capsicum and jalapeno are genetically same.
It is true. Also cayenne, guinea pepper, and Jamaica pepper are following Capsicum.
- Vitamin C is bad with shrimp?
In theory, it makes sense. shrimp has Arsenate which is non-toxic metalloid.
When Arsenate meet with lots of vitamin C, then they could be combined, and
they will be Arsenite which is toxic metalloid. But it is just in theory, because
we do not know how much Arsenate does shrimp have, and we do not even know
what kind of form they exist with. Vitamin C also can save you from metalloid.
This is the study of this topic :
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12540038
I recommend that you have shrimp when you want, and have vitamin C as well.
We do not need to worry about having shrimp with lots of vegetables which have
vitamin C.
