- Chicken has lots of protein which is good quality
We should know what kinds of protein has good quality. Protein of good quality has
higher contents of protein, including various Amino acid, and less fat.
Sorry for the quality of table lol. Anyway as you can see, chicken leg and breast
has a large amount of protein and also less fat. This point is really useful to someone
who work out and growth of children.
*then wing is bad? no. wings have more fat than the other parts but only wing has
Collagen which is helpful for skincare.

- Chicken breast is just thick and tough?
It is not true. Many people eat chicken breast just for diet or working out.
They usually eat low-quality of chicken breast which been old and frozen.
That is why people easily can think that chicken breast is not delicious and
tough. When you guys try to cook fresh raw chicken breast, you will figure it out that
chicken breast could be soft and moist.

4. How can use to cook
Birds (duck and chicken ) still require peoples care when people cook.
Salmonella and Listeria could be in raw chicken when the temperature is over 6'C-60'C.
Those are dangerous so if you want to have chicken safety, PLEASE cook it enough.
When you finish cooking, The deepest part of the meat must be over 70'c.
Make it well done. Pen frying is hard way to cook chicken well because chicken shape
is not flat, and this shape is also round.
I recommend an oven or boiling.
