Pork has lots of minerals and vitamins. It is good for adults, but also really important
for kids. They are growing up, and mineral and vitamin can help them to be grown.

Thrombosis in a blood vessel. Our stomach can decompose the vitamin B, so try to
have it with onion or garlic which have allicin. Allicin can make vitamin B in pork
activated one, so the stomach can not decompose anymore.

Pork has less fat than beef and lamb, and it has the almost same amount of
unsaturated fatty acid which is good. Less total fat but same amount of good fat.
That is why we like to eat pork. Ah!! except for pork belly!!. Pork belly has almost same
