2. How it works for body
- Cheese has lots of calcium
Human's body is like a human because it breaks old bones and fills up with new bones.
If your body has enough calcium, you can fill the empty space in a bone easily,
But if you are lack of calcium every day, your bone could not be filled up with
new bones, and just leave it empty. This is why bones getting weaker and Osteoporosis.
- Fermented food like cheese is good at your stomach
In our stomach, lots of germs live and do activities.
Some germs are good, and the other germs are bad. The important thing is that we
need germs which are good and bad, and it should make a balance.
More than 70% of cells of the immune live and gather in a stomach, and the germs
can make an environment which cell of immune can alive.
Fermented food has lots of Lactobacillus which is kind of germ. So It can help our
stomach healthier and get a better balance.
- Ferment in cheese can reduce cholesterol
Ferment can help to let cholesterol out with feces. It also can reduce triglyceride and cholesterol in the body.

3. Stereotypes & facts
- All cheese has a long expired date?
It depends on what kind of cheese it is. there are 5 kinds in a big area.
Fresh cheese (before 20days): NO fermentation
Soft cheese (moisture content over 55%)
Semi-hard cheese (moisture content 45-55%)
hard cheese (moisture content less 45%)
cream cheese
So the expired date would be based on how much moisture do they have.
You should check carefully when you buy it.

There is no rule, so just eat and feel happy. You can put it on cracker or snacks.
You can also put it in food with heated or cold salad.
