Hi guys. Today I want to tell you about vitamin which is really important for people.


1. What is Vitamin
Vitamin is almost similar to hormone, but the difference is our bodies can make hormone themselves but not vitamin.

Our bodies cannot make vitamin. Even though they rarely make, it will be just a bit.

Hormone and vitamin work the same roll, so some vitamin for a human could be hormone for another creature.

For example, vitamin c is kinds of vitamin for us, but for rabbit or mouse, the vitamin c is hormone
because they can make themselves.



2. Why we should take vitamin 

Vitamin A (retinol) -fat solubel-
Function:      growth promotion, keep the eyesight,  and skincare.
Diseases of lack:     Nyctalopia
Diseases of too much:    baby's anomaly, headache, and tireness.


Vitamin B1 (thiamine) -water soluble-
Function:       controling nerve, increasing appetite,and promotion of dijestive water.
Diseases of lack:
Diseases of too much:      drowsiness, and lethargy of muscle.


Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) -water soluble-
Function:      Working inside of a cell, activate oxygen, growth, and protect the mucosa
Diseases of lack:     riboflavin deficiency, oral angulitis,  conjunctivitis, and glossitis.
Diseases of too much:


Vitamin B3 (niacin) -water soluble-
Function:     promotion of sugar metabolism (synthesis of energy)
Diseases of lack:     pellagra and loss weight
Diseases of too much:     damage to liver


Vitamin B4 (carnitine) -water soluble-
Function:

Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)  -water soluble-
Function:      CoA's role of biochemistry
Diseases of lack:      stop growth and loss weight
Diseases of too much:     diarrhea, vomit, and chest pain


Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) -water soluble-
Function:       help using amino acid, help enzyme, and  protection of nerve
Diseases of lack:     disease of skin and anemia
Diseases of too much:      damage to proprioception, damage to nerve


Vitamin B7  (biotin) -water soluble-
Function:      help metabolism, and synthesis of nucleic acid.
Diseases of lack:     disease of skin and stop growth
Diseases of too much:


Vitamin B9 (folic acid) -water soluble-
Function:     working for the synthesis of red blood cells and nucleic acid
Diseases of lack:       anemia, diarrhea, gastroenteritis, and canker sore
Diseases of too much:     lack of vitamin b12, and interrupt to cure Malaria


Vitamin  B12 (cobalamine) -water soluble-
Function:     Helping enzyme
Diseases of lack:     anemia
Diseases of too much:    acne


Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) -water soluble-
Function:    making collagen, synthesis of hormones
Diseases of lack:    loss weight, scurvy, and ecchymosis
Diseases of too much:    diarrhea, and stomache


Vitamin D (calciferol)  -fat soluble-
Function:    et calcium stick to bone and teeth. control phosphorus steadily in blood
Diseases of lack:    Ricket, Chondromalacia, and Osteoporosis
Diseases of too much:    Urinary stone, chronic kidney disease.


Vitamin E (tocopherol) -fat soluble-
Function:    preventing oxidation of body, protect blood vessels, increasing reproductive function.
Diseases of lack:    aging, and sterility
Diseases of too much:     bleeding, diarrhea, and headache


Vitamin K (phylloquinone, menaquinone, and menadione) - fat soluble-
Function:    quick coagulation
Diseases of lack:    coagulation late and bleeding of newborn baby
Diseases of too much:     if someone takes warfarin which is a medication of preventing coagulation,
                                           it will increase coagulation.




3. What should we eat to take vitamin


  • Vitamin A: liver, egg york, butter, and milk

  • Vitamin B: fresh meat, egg york, milk, grain, vegetable,        and  fruit

  • Vitamin C: mandarine, kiwi, and potato, etc

  • Vitamin D: liver, egg york, mackerel, etc

  • Vitamin E: milk, vege oil, and green vegetable

  • Vitamin K: liver, egg york, meat, spinach, parsley, and      cabbage (also from sun shine)
