2. how it works for body

  • Good for your blood and heart
How it works on your blood and heart.  Vitamin B 1,2 can reduce Homocysteine.
(homocysteine is that the thing makes your blood thick, and it makes Thrombosis
in a blood vessel)

But as we can see above, garlic has a few Vitamin B, then how it works?

Garlic has a few Vitamin B, but the important thing is Allicin in garlic.

When garlic is heated, Allicin in garlic is combined with Vitamin B, and it will be 

Allithiamine which is activated Vitamin B.  Activated Vitamin B could not be decomposed

by heating and stomach.


  • Good for sex stamina
garlic has lots of zinc in it. Zinc makes sperm, and man's prostate has lots of zinc.

We should call it sex mineral. 



  • Allicin works as antibiotic drugs 
Allicin is really strong antibiotic drugs itself.  Allicin work for

- Increase immunity
- Cure infection
- A faster process of cure

1mg allicin = 15mg penicillin

Allicin is also good on the liver in our body.  it can remove Inflammation and fat

in the liver.  


  • Garlic is good for your skin  
Garlic has selenium which is an oxidation inhibitor.  Selenium can protect your

skin from the oxygen in the air, and also it can regenerate your sell of skin.

Skin is same as apple. If we leave apple outside, it is going to be getting  dark brown

and dry caused by oxygen.  Selenium can help to reduce the oxidation of skin.


  • Selenium can prevent cancer.
As I said above, selenium is oxidation inhibitor, then what is cancer?. 

Cancer is the decease which can change your DNA rapidly into the whole body.

Selenium can protect us from oxidation,  but also from change DNA.

When cancer tries to change your DNA, selenium will try to prevent the change.

  • garlic oil is good for body
In theory, it is okay for our body, but the weakness is food poisoning.

We usually leave oil outside, and pure oil is okay itself in outside, but garlic oil

outside easily can make food poisoning.  

  • raw garlic is better than cooked one for a body
It is not true. When garlic got heated, activated vitamin B can be made, and it is good 

for blood and heart. Raw garlic does not have the Allthiamin which is activated vitamin B

  • we should eat garlic as many as we can 

Raw garlic is not good on your empty stomach, because it could make Gastritis in the 

stomach.  Do not forget  'garlic is really strong' . Just 8-10 garlics a day with another

food  is the best way to have it.

4. how can use to cook


When garlic got heated, activated vitamin B is made, but Allicin is dead.

If you want to keep both, just chop or slice garlic and heat.  Doing physical damage

on garlic makes much more allicin, so it can still have allicin altough it got heated.


chop or slice garlic and heat with oil or food.

Do you know why garlic which got heated is not spicy at all?

Allicin in garlic is the biggest thing to make spicy taste.

when garlic got heated, allicin is going to die. That is why heated garlic

is not spicy.
