You know what? a long time ago, sugar used as a medicine, because it can help people to cure caught, red eyes, and burnt on skin.
These days the sugar is used for taste.

2. how does it work for a body



  •  Sugar has the smallest unit of nutrient of carbohydrate 

Sugar's 99% of carbohydrate is consist of Disaccharide. Our body needs Monosaccharide to absorb carbohydrates for living. When stomach decomposes carbohydrates, it is changed to Disaccharide which has 2 connection with each other, after that stomach does it again so finally, Disaccharide is decomposed to Monosaccharide.

But sugar already has Disaccharide, so just need one cycle of decomposition.

Sugar is easy to be absorbed, so when you feel tired or lack of energy, just try to drink juice which has lots of sugar. It must work well but also be careful of Diabetes.

  • Help to reduce a brain's stress and fatigue
A brain only needs Glucose to work and live, so when the brain feels tired and stressed,

the brain starts to seek Glucose. The daily needed amount of sugar is less 30g.

So if you have sugar less than 30g a day, it could be helpful for your brain to reduce 

the brain's stress and fatigue.


  • Sugar disturb hormone
Sugar increases blood sugar rapidly, and our body makes insulin against high blood- 

sugar to decrease. This cycle is happening really quick, and if the cycle happens again 

and again, then the Endocrine system in the body will get distribution.  

The happening problem of Thyroid, fatigue for long-term, Hypoglycemia, and Diabetes

all caused by Endocrine system which gets distribution by sugar.

3. Stereotypes & facts

  • Brown sugar is better than white, so can we eat the sugar a lot?

NOOOOOO. All kinds of sugar have more than 90% of sugar(sucrose).

Even though it has a bit more of mineral or something, it could not be a reason to have 

sugar a lot.  As I said, the daily needed amount of sugar is less than 30g. 

Sugar can help you, but if you have it much, then it could be poison.

4. how can use to cook or eat

Any way is fine, but sugar in food is better than caramelized sugar which is dark brown.

Just eat less than 30g which is perfect, at least less than 40g-50g.
