Mushroom has lots of potassium. So what does potassium do?

1. Handling amount of water in a body and balance between acid and alkali.

2. letting sodium out from our body efficiently.



  • Mushroom is kind of vegetable but has protein
Mushroom is kind of vegetable, so many people eat mushroom for health.

The good thing is mushroom has lots of dietary fiber, so good for the diet, but also

has protein. Vegetarian or Vegan are also need to eat protein as well, and tofu

and mushroom could be a good replacement. 


  • Good for your blood
Mushroom has rich of vitamin B which is can make your blood clean.

Homocysteine makes your blood thicker, and It also makes Thrombosis which is blood 

chunk in your blood vessel, but Vitamin B can help to remove Homocysteine.

  • We can eat all kinds of mushroom on the mountain?
NO. Actually, more than 90kinds out of 1600 have poison in wild place, so

you can grab when you see a mushroom if the place is the place where you can take,

but you have to check that the mushroom has poison or not.

4. how to cook

You can cook anyway. Boiling, steam, grill anyway would be awesome. 

Mushroom can make nice soup, that is why people put it in a soup for better taste.

When you grill it, put oil enough, so not dry.  Mushroom absorb oil quickly, so

when your food has lots of oil more than you thought, then just put mushroom.

They are going to resolve the problem.
