Salmon has lots of potassium. Then Why Potassium is good for a body?

  1. Keep a balance of blood pressure
  2. Prevent Paralysis of a muscle
  3. Prevent Lethargy
  4. Encourage draining of sodium

  • Good fat  Omega-3,6
Omega3,6 both are also fat, but these can melt solid fat in a blood vessel.

Fat is also necessary, so Do not just avoid to eat fat. We can study and know, after that

Salmon has selenium which is natural oxidation inhibitor. 

Selenium can prevent aging of skin and cancer.

4. How to eat 

Try to eat raw salmon if salmon is really fresh.

If you buy salmon from a big market, Try to grill it. 

When you grill it, must be well done.  

If you want to eat raw fish, you can visit a market near you, and ask them

you can use it sashimi or not.
