Hi guys. Today I want to tell you about the protein which makes up a body and necessary.

1. What is the protein?
Protein is one of the 6 major nutrients in a body.

Protein makes up a body. Especially when we do weight lift, protein makes new
muscle, and it makes up hair and skin as well.
We must have protein to live, then what kind of protein do we eat?
Beef, pork, chicken, lamb, fish, bean, tofu, and mushroom, etc
But! When we have protein from food, we can not use that right away.
A body also has to decompose protein to use. Our bodies can not use protein
itself.
Decomposition of protein is easier than carbohydrate.
Protein is made by lots of connection of amino acid.
There are more than 20 kinds of amino acid.
The amino acids are connected by PEPTIDE BOND which is chemical bonding.
So when an amino acid is connected to each other by the peptide bond,
it will be a protein. We also call protein polypeptide.
A body only can use amino acid as a source of energy and making up the body.

and lots of chemical reaction in a body.
- Protein makes the immune system which is Leukocyte and Antibody
Basically, Antibody and Leukocyte are made up by protein.
As you know, those are working for preventing infection of disease.
3. how to eat
I recommend you to have protein 0.8-1 times of your weight.
So if I am 90kg, I will have protein at least 72g - 90g.
if you work out hard, you will get protein more than 1.2times of your weight.
For me, it should be 108g or more.
the gram of recommendation means only protein, for example, if you have 100g of chicken
a day and it has 20g of protein, then you just get 20g of protein.
